General Delivery info

Same day delivery for orders placed before 5 pm.

Complete shipping information including accurate delivery address and contact details must be provided.

Next day delivery for orders placed after 5 pm, Sundays and public holidays.

We will do our best to ensure your order is dispatched on time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped within 3 days. We will notify you before dispatch.

REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchange only on damaged/broken items on delivery within 24 hrs

We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive damaged or broken during the delivery process. To qualify for a return:

  • The damage must be evident upon delivery and inspection
  • Photographic evidence of the damage must be provided
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories
  • Normal wear and tear or customer-caused damage is not eligible for return

Return Timeline Requirements

  • A strict 24-hour window applies to all return requests:
  • The 24-hour period begins at the time of confirmed delivery
  • All return requests must be submitted with complete documentation within this timeframe
  • Requests received after the 24-hour window will not be considered
  • No exceptions will be made for late return requests

Return Process

  • To initiate a return for damaged/broken items:
  • Contact our customer service team immediately via phone or email
  • Provide your order number and delivery details
  • Send clear photos showing the damage
  • Await confirmation of return authorization
  • Our representative will arrange collection of the damaged item

Refund or Replacement Options

After successful return verification:

A replacement of the same item will be dispatched when available
